Fully Funded for Those Eligible: Freedom Medical Alarms is a Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) accredited supplier, approved by the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), allowing your patients to get their medical alarm fully funded, provided they are eligible for the Disability Allowance.
Emergency Ambulance Charges Covered: We cover the cost of ambulance call outs resulting from our clients using their medical alarm to call for help.
Independence: With our discreet and easy-to-use devices, patients can maintain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes for longer.
Rapid Response: Patients will be directly connected to the 111 Ambulance Communication Centre who ensure that emergency calls are promptly answered and appropriate assistance is dispatched when needed, providing reassurance to patients and their families.

How to make a referral?
Referring your patients to Freedom Medical Alarms is simple and straightforward.
Referrals can be made via Specialist and Referrals (SR) portal through Medtech, ERMS, and Healthlink portals.
You can also submit a referral directly through our website. Our team will handle the rest, ensuring that each patient receives personalised attention and support throughout the process.
